Beyonce may be going from House of Dereon to H+M! The unstoppable superstar is rumored to be the new face of the discounted trendy brand, picking up where the stunning Lana Del Rey left off.
Vogue reports that Queen Bey was spotted in the Bahamas rocking a tropical printed bikini from the brand on a photo shoot, which can pretty much only mean one thing, right? Further, one of Bey’s dancers, Kimberley Gipson, tweeted “First day of trial in the Bahamas! H&M all set … go.” The tweet was almost immediately deleted, keeping in line with Beyonce’s penchant for privacy and surprise.
Neither H+M nor Beyonce have commented on the partnership, but that’s not too surprising. The Swedish fashion retailer never even officially confirmed rumors of Del Rey’s becoming the plump-lipped spokesmodel for the brand; she simply made her gorgeous debut a month after whispers began brewing.
If the rumors are true, we’re in for a real treat. Del Rey covered ‘Blue Velvet‘ for the shop’s commercials, which means Bey may follow suit and have musical ads, too — making each lovely lady beautiful both in sight and sound for the brand. H+M is only the latest in endless endorsements for Beyonce, who also has L’Oreal, Pepsi and her own fragrance brand on her roster.
